Formal valuation reports

Moore Properties have many years experience undertaking property valuations on behalf of regular personal clients together with legal and financial service providers who naturally demand the highest standards of integrity and discretion. We also pride ourselves on our ability to respond swiftly where time is of the essence.

Our typical charge is £175 for a written valuation report on a small to medium sized residential property. If you subsequently instruct us to market your property for sale and we are successful, the valuation charge will be refunded.
